Our standard service: We provide credit decision reports and verify the reporting of an applicant's social security number and previous residence information. We also report on bankruptcy filings, tax liens and civil judgments including evictions. Finally, we give you a professional assessment of his or her ability to satisfy a rental agreement. Criminal and eviction records are optional.
